Trailer for Beast Starring Russell Crowe
According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Lionsgate has unveiled the first trailer for Beast, written by and starring Russell Crowe. The film is directed by Australian filmmaker Tyler Atkins, whose previous credits include Ocean Boy and The Love Effect.
The story follows a former MMA champion who has stepped away from competition for several years to build a quiet life. But when his younger brother is put in danger, he is forced to confront the sport’s harshest truths once again: violence as currency, legacy as leverage, and a path to fame and respect that can be destroyed overnight by an opponent’s betrayal.
Crowe co-wrote the screenplay with David Frigerio. The film also stars Luke Hemsworth, Daniel MacPherson, Ben Foster, Amy Shark, Mojan Aria, and Kelly Gale.
Beast will be released in theaters on April 10, 2026.
